  1. Would I need the 3d glasses or the vision therapy glasses to play the Lazy Eye Blocks on a android phone. Lastly, do u have the directions to how to play the game called Lazy Eye Blocks with the glasses and how long should I play the game in a day.

    1. No it works with any anaglyph glasses but the VT glasses is a really good one so I suggest these a lot of time for people who find hard to calibrate the colors but with a bit attention you can use any kind anaglypg glasses.
You should play the game 40-60 minutes each day. You can split up that into 2 or 3 20 minutes sessions if you feel this more comfortable. The most important is to be be able to concentrate in the timeframe while you exercising so if you tired just take a rest and continue later or sometimes you can skip a day to give your brain enough time to adapt the new inputs.

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

  2. It is very difficult to adjust the colors to the 3d glasses on the android app, the color picker controls are not precise enough and there is an annoying border displayed arround the choosen color that prevents to notice if there is a difference with the background…

  3. How can i get the pc version if i am from chile and dont have a credit card? My region does not let me buy with paypal

    1. Sorry the distribution of the software only possible through the stores so you can maybe try Google play or App store if it also fits for you not just pc.

  4. I have been struggling with Strabismus and Amblyopia all my life and your AWESOME apps absolutely work for me. I have used Lazy Eye Blocks, the free version for about 6 months and the pro version for about 2 months, and the results are amazing, especially with the pro version. Per my eye doctor visit today, my vision in my lazy eye was 20/60 a year ago and today it is 20/30. Thank you, thank you so very much with developing these AWESOME apps !!!!

I especially love the pro version since it allows fine tuning of the colors and background so that each eye ONLY sees the stationary or falling blocks. This is super important to exercise the lazy eye.

As I have never been able to truly read with both eyes at the same time, would it be possible to develop an app to develop this skill? As there are lots of free books online, could you please consider developing an app with multiple books that scroll words/sentences across the screen and/or paragraphs down the screen? Perhaps the easier levels could have groups of words with one color and advance up to randomized color letters and/or speed up the pace of scrolling. Having the ability to increase font size would also be helpful for older people and decrease font size as vision clarity improves.

Again, many many thanks for all of your AWESOME apps !!!

    1. Hi,

I am really glad when I get this kind of feedbacks. Congrat for the good and hard work! If you have a moment please take a rating\review in the store also or\and on the facebook page of Lazy Eye Tetris it would really helpful for others who also looking for working solutions. Thanks a much for this in advance I would really appreciate this.
Regarding the Lazy Eye Reader idea I did one already in the past what is availbale online for free:
      https://lazyeyetetris.wordpress.com/2014/02/20/lazy-eye-reader-0-5v-web-page/

Thanks a much for your feedback I am really happy when I read simialr feedbacks

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

      1. Balazs B.

Thank you again for the AWESOME software you are developing. It is extremely helpful and thank you for the link to the eye reader.

May I suggest a button on the Lazy Eye Block Pro (and all your other software) to allow a user to provide additional rating/feedback to the online store and/or Facebook? I remember the software, when I purchased it, asked me to provide feedback which I did once I used it. Having this feature as a button or automatically request feedback from time-to-time will hopefully provide more input from everyone to help everyone?

Again, thank you for helping me improve my eye sight (Lazy eye 20/60 to 20/30 using Lazy Eye Blocks for 8 months about an hour per day for adult Amblyopia) with your software. You are truly making my dreams become reality.

        Many thanks,
        Mike

      2. Thanks for your feedback and for the suggestions I will take it into consideration.
The application pop-up a dialog what asks for rating and if the user not take one just potpone this then it is repeats the question for time to time. (There are three buttons on this dialog to give feedback, to pospone that option and one for to ignore that and do not ask in the future.)
My experience is that I get most of the feedbacks in mails and some of them I put on lazyeyegames.com ‘User feedbacks’ section,

        Thanks again for your feedback

        Kind regards,
        Balazs B.

  5. I got the paid Windows 8 version but it is frustraing without a touchscreen..I can only use ASDW keys on my laptop! Isnt there any way it can be played with arrow keys?? thanks

    1. Hi,

unfortunatelly there is no option to handle the arrows in Win 8 metro styled applications. If you have a gamepad then I would suggest to use a JoyToKey free mapping application. Some users use the app this way and it is the most convenient,

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

  6. Having SIGNIFICANT issues downloading this from the Microsoft store. I spent 3 hours looking for all sort of fixes to this. It seems to be on the Store’s end of things. Do you have any suggestions? I’m trying to get this set up for my elderly father while I’m visiting. I don’t want to leave without it done, especially since he’s paid $17 bucks for the download. He is very encouraged by the promise of this program. Help?

    1. Please give me more information about the error in mail.
What kind of device do you have?
      What is your location?
What kind of error do you see?

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

  7. Hello!
I have lazy eye and because of this I have double vision (diplopia) now. I want to try the game for my lazy eye but I wonder if the game are able to cure my double vision too?

    1. Hi,

I suggest to try LAzy Eye Blocks
you can find all the neessarry information here:lazyeyegames.com/
and I also suggest to consult about the game and the process with your optometrist and measure the improvements.

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

  8. Hello Balazs,

can you say something about required play session length or numer of sessions per day? Does users who contacted you and reported any success gave you any details?

    M

    1. Hi,

based on feedback 1 hour per day and 6 days per week. If it it very hard then you can start with smaller sessionon and increase it with time.

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

  9. hello, i have amblyopia on the left side, I have 22 years, if there is a chance to return sight, and if there is how long it takes?

    1. Hi,

yes the game can help a lot on lazy eye and ambyopia I got many positive feedbacks that indicate better eye alignment and e.g. 20/400 vision what changed to 20/20. There are a few who gave feedback that they did not improved, but in the feedbacks I get in general 95% positive feedback and people report improvements.

You have to be aware that with Vision Therapy as the game itself also a Vision Therapy like exercise can be improved that condition but it is a hard and long process to cure fully to get improvements is relatively fast weeks, months.
You also have to be aware that all people different so one react more one less there was report who told me that after just 3-4 usage in 2 weeks improved the eyes to close to perfect but of course it sounds extreme and great but can’t guarantee this for everybody so it is usually hard and long work months and years.

To be aware of the whole process I also suggest to read through that book it gives a pretty good start point to understand the all situation:
      http://www.fixingmygaze.com/

and of course also can be helpful to read vision therapy related articles.

  10. I have started using this app just last week and believe me my lazy eye problem improve alot, my two eyes are working and moving together, I really appreciate ur awesome app thank u so much and god bless u. I will continue doing the game always. Thanks once again

  11. hi, thank you for this website and for this application, i have a left lazy eye with a small strabism since i was a child, and almost i can’t see nothings with it, and i start using tetris with my phone since 40days, i see some improvements, but i still can’t read or recognize people from distance. it’s true that it make me really tired and i don’t know if i must continue playing and if it will improve more or no, thanks for your answer

    1. Hi,

while you see improvments I suggest to keep up the work also you can combine this exercise with other VT exerciese like brock string to
give more stimulation to the brain. If you have corrective glasses then I suggest to wear that while you practicing VT exercies.

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

  12. Hi

I would like to ask.. Once the vision improves or is corrected, will it return to its condition if you stop playing the game? Or are the improvements for life?

    Thanks

    1. Hi,

when the improvement adapted into the normal vision then no need to further eye exercising
but it is require to be adpoted so you have to reach that milestone. When that milestone reached then
the improvement was adopted and built-in to the normal vision so the same stimulation keep up the state.
I can suggest you a great book to understand more
      https://lazyeyetetris.wordpress.com/2016/07/28/book-suggestion-about-lazy-eye/

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B

  13. So you do need to continually stimulate in this way to keep up the new state of vision?

Another question is, if you are unable to commit to 1 hour of play per day, would 20 minutes be enough to improve over q longer time frame?

    Thank you

Yes but do not go below 20 minutes.

  14. Hello,

I would like to know is there any chance getting this 3d game to Nokia N8 (Symbian^3, Nokia Belle(now) system).

  15. I am trying to download the game on my laptop and I have Windows 10. However, I am outside the United States of America and so when I try to buy it via Master Card I can’t complete the download as there is no other option as Egypt. Kindly advise me how to download or buy the game. Thanks

  16. What app can I use. I have convergency insufficieny due to a concussion. I go for visual therapy once a week for 30 min. Thank u

    1. Hi,
Lazy Eye Games designes for people with lazy eye \amblyopia I would suggest to visit http://lazyeyegames.com/
      and read through.
By the way the Blocks version of my games is the most popular and the most positive feedbacks so I would suggest that one first.
I would also suggest to consult with your therapist.

      Kind regards,
      Balazs B.

  17. My right lazy is is so poor that I can’t see anything, except some blur contours and light, with my left eye closed. Will I be able to play it?

  19. Hi, I am an adult with strabismus and I have been playing this game for a few days now. I feel like it is really engaging my non-dominant right eye. However, I cannot fuse the board as of yet. I see two boxes, one green, one red, next to each other or sometimes overlapping, and I make guesses as I play. I still feel like it is helpful and hopefully in time I’ll be able to fuse the board into one. Have you heard of this happening with others and how did it play out?
I also just read somewhere that only those with amblyopia should play this game, and those with strabismus should not. Is this false information???

    1. Hi Mei,
I suggest to visit an optometrist that misalignment corresponding to the angle of the eyes what if is slight then the brain can correct it but if more severe then prism glasses can help what an optometrist can subscribe if more severe then eye muscle surgery could be an option. The game itself can help on amblyopia and slight alignment issues but as you describe it I would suggest to visit an optometrist to check whether you are qualified for prism glasses then continue the training if the alignment not improved already.

      Regards,
      Balazs

  20. Is this app applicable for 7 years kid? My daughter has left lazy eye only. I read from lazyeyesgame.com that she has to put her glasses on before the 3D glasses? Is it true?

    1. No age restriction and yes 3D glasses have to be over the prescription glasses.
You can also find more info about the apps and the setup here: lazyeyegames.com

  21. Hello. Can the windows version be displayed on an LG 3D smart TV ( with polarized glasses like the ones used in movie theaters not the green and red glasses)?
